This is the moment when we put the ideas set out in the interior design into practice. We undertake the implementation according to the pre-set parameters, from the earliest and rough renovation activities, through the internal construction of the space, to the fine details and the handover of the completed project. This way, you are sure that you receive quality implementation within the set deadlines without changing the pre-set parameters of the interior.
To ensure that our clients receive the previously specified interior design, we also fully undertake the repair activities for the implementation of the set project. FineDesign has a technical manager and its own repair teams of proven craftsmen, on whom we rely for the quality implementation of the set project.
At this stage of the project implementation, we begin the work on site. We start with the most rough renovation activities, such as demolishing walls, if necessary, removing interior elements, cleaning construction waste and its removal. This is followed by the construction of walls and screeds according to the interior design, before moving on to electrical and plumbing installations and subsequent drywall construction. Then we move on to laying and gluing tiles and coverings on floors and walls. And finally comes the turn of painting, decorative plasters and the installation of all interior elements.
We present to you the stages through which the repair work goes.
In order to clear the construction waste, we calculate its volume and the time required by the team. Of course, you can count on us to dismantle and dispose of old and unnecessary furniture and flooring. And to save time and money for both us and you, we remove those existing installations that are unusable for the new design and use those that can be useful.
The property we are handing over has been cleaned and swept, and the floors, walls, and ceiling are ready for the next stage of the process.
We guarantee that our teams will strictly follow the drawings and technological requirements during the partial or complete construction of new walls. Depending on the intended thickness and type of final flooring, we will choose the most suitable type of floor screed.
We know how important it is for the renovation to be on schedule and for the interior details to be visually and functionally perfect. That is why we monitor all stages of the process, as well as the thickness and height of all types of flooring, in order to maintain adequate door movements and achieve ideal flatness upon completion of the renovation.
The design of the plumbing installation and the exact positioning of the pipe outlets are always included in the preliminary plans, so that we seek the greatest convenience in the kitchen, bathroom or wet room. The drawings and the project are so precise as to save future interventions and inconveniences.
The correct placement of socket outlets and their type are extremely important for the implementation of the lighting in the room according to the project. During the renovation, we ensure the exact positioning of the lighting fixtures. This eliminates the need for subsequent demolition and re-plastering of walls and flooring.
Internal drywall construction is extremely important for completing the project. That’s why we strictly monitor the correct drywall depending on the room – moisture-resistant in the bathroom and heat-resistant around the fireplace.
In the same way, we monitor compliance with the drawings when making suspended ceilings, turning around windows when replacing joinery, partition walls and niches.
After counting (by type) all the tiles needed for the site and ordering them, we proceed to gluing them in the rooms, strictly following the working drawings. Reading and following the working drawings guarantees the exact positioning of each type of tile, as approved by the client. By precisely cutting them with a water cutting machine available on site, we are assured that there will be no chipped or damaged edges.
After building and testing the new electrical installation and installing all the walls and ceilings made of plasterboard specified in the drawing, we proceed to preparing all the surfaces for painting and applying decorative plasters. To do this, we putty at least three layers, then sand with machines and finally seal with a primer compatible with the paint and plaster.
After painting all the walls and ceilings, we move on to the final touches of the renovation work. All the lighting fixtures are installed, as well as the new switches and sockets controlling the newly built electrical installation.
Finally, we clean the premises and prepare them for the installation of solid, three-layer or laminated parquet. After the installation of the flooring, the site is ready for taking the exact dimensions necessary for the production of the cabinet furniture.
